You will find three supermarkets located only a few minutes  walk from your holiday home. Why not try the local cheese specialities at "Chäs-Eggä Thönen" or the local products at the "Dorflädeli" (village shop). Many sweet experiences are available at one of our two chocolateries in Frutigen.

Need a break or simply a good coffee? Try the Café Ryter, just on the corner at the main street. There are also three other bakeries in the village of Frutigen.

If you like pizza, you can even choose between four restaurants in Frutigen. Real Swiss cuisine and a great beer garden await you at the "Simplon Restaurant", just around the corner.

The more  exotic way to dine out is at the "Tropenhaus" (see "Trips"), where you can experience a fin meal within a paradise of palm trees and tropical plant. 

The closest busstop is only a 3 minutes walk away. In approx. 10 minutes you can reach the train station on foot. From here you have hourly bus connecitons (Direction Adelboden and Kandersteg), as well as hourly trains (in the direction Spiez, Thun, Bern and Kandersteg, Goppenstein, Brig, Domodossola).

The pharmacy is located in the "obere Bahnhofstrasse".

For renting bicycles and mountain bikes we recommend the "Veloschöpfli Zürcher" (for the winter months "fat bikes" can also be rented). Another option is the "Bikeoase" in Frutigen, also a great Bike partner.
